Hi, I’m Wolfgang Amadeus (but you can call me Wolfie)!
I’m a dashing 2-year-old tri-color Pembroke Welsh Corgi, and I’ll be turning 3 on December 1. I was born in Oklahoma and moved to California soon after being adopted. I may have been the runt of my litter but let’s just say I got the best genes—short legs, big personality, and a smile that gets “ooh’s” and “ahh’s” everywhere I go.
I’m current on all my shots, microchipped, neutered, and housebroken. I’m also super smart—like, I know how to ring a bell to ask to go outside and I can even say “mama” in my own corgi way (my family swears it’s true!). I love people—ALL people—and I’ve never met a human I didn’t want to snuggle, charm, or roll over for belly rubs. I also think I’m the official door security officer: I’ll bark to announce arrivals, but once guests are in the house, I’m all about soaking up the attention.
Now, let me be honest about my quirks (I’m a corgi, so honesty and sass are part of the deal):
I shed. Like, all year long. Think of it as free confetti for your clothes and furniture.
I love herding (ask my cat friend—I can’t resist trying to keep him in line, though he always comes back for more play-wrestling).
Most importantly: I don’t like sharing my toys with other dogs anymore. I used to, but now that I’m grown up, I’ve decided all toys should be mine. Since that causes drama, I really need to be the only dog in my new home. I get along fine with cats, and I’ll adore all humans, but other dogs? Nope. I want to be your one and only pup.
But here’s the good stuff again (because there’s a lot!):
I’m affectionate, loyal, and full of personality.
