Shitzu/Cavalier King Charles

Hi there . I have a shih tzu/cavalier mix. His name is Ushi and I have all his medical files . He’s a senior dog 14 in good health and current on all his shots . I had been asked to dog sit him 4 years ago and the owner never came back to get him . I did not have the heart to rehome him at that time because I felt he was shuffled around too much as it was . But at present I live in an upper apartment and I believe it’s getting too hard on joints and I'm at a time in my life where I am dealing with health issues and not able to give him the attention that he needs.
