Looking for a forever home for my Shih Tzu

I'm looking for a loving home for my Shih Tzu puppy.  He's a black and white 11 week old male puppy. He weighs approximately 5 lbs. He has 2 sets of shots and will need the third set on October 16th. He's dewormed and crate trained but still working on potty training. I'm relocating for a job, and my new apartment doesn't allow dogs. This little bundle of joy has the most gentle personality — full of cuddles, curiosity, and dog kisses. He loves being around people, is very independent, and very playful. The price includes his health record and toys. The crate, play pen, bag of dog food, and other items are available for an extra price of $125.
