Heads and tails above the average dog, CBB is vastly more obedient than... well... all of our friends' dogs. She heels like a dream and comes like a bullet when called.  We are often complimented by other owners at dog parks and restaurant patrons. She will bring her water bowl to ask for water and wait until you take it from her before letting go.

CBB loves to run! We are specifically looking for a home where she can happily stretch her legs. We will consider other homes if it is otherwise a good fit.

She is a great fit for a home with other dogs and school-age children. However, CBB does have a strong prey drive. She would not be a fit for a home with small pets like rabbits or hamsters, or even small cats.  She is very, very smart and always looking to do something helpful or be near her Alpha.

She gets along great with dogs of all sizes at dog parks and dog daycare, and is working through remnants of leash anxiety. Continued positive and negative reinforcement are key. She has successfully attended parades, soccer games, outdoor dining, hardware stores, etc with us. She loves camping.

We will vet all interested parties to ensure their home and intentions for CBB are right for this very happy, healthy and loyal girl!

She is crate-trained, house-trained, and more. Our veterinarian also thinks that she may not have hip problems like most Shepherds because she has less of a slope to her legs.

Why are we getting rid of this seemingly perfect dog?  We never intended to keep her. We have a small cat and while CBB has never hurt her, she has opened her mouth over her as if to pick her up. We bought CBB from a questionable situation, and have poured our resources and energy into training her and bringing her into peak health and obedience, to give her the best chance at a happy forever home.

Comes with: her leashes, crate, and many other training supplies and toys, if desired

Please contact us for our phone number. We're happy to talk with you about her!
