Help my girl find a loving home

My husband and I are having to move. Right now, we are living with a friend but all the places that are available to rent, will not take dogs. I am heartbroken about having to give her up, but I would rather see her in a home that see can play in the yard and run around than be couped up in an apartment with nowhere to run and play. She loves it outside, but she also likes the AC. Help me give my baby girl the freedom to play outside and also a family that will love her as much as we dol.
