My husband and I bought Lainey from a local pet store that got her from a Missouri Bernedoodle breeder in July 2025. She was born in April 2025, and she is a Pure Bred Mini-Bernedoodle. The pet store gave us all of her medical records and her certification papers. She is an extremely happy dog; we haven't noticed anything about her that suggests she has anxiety or fear of other dogs. In fact, she adores people and other dogs so much because she was socialized so well as a young puppy. She is also highly intelligent; one of her favorite things to do actually is to train. We have been able to train her a good bit, but she's still working on a couple commands. She still jumps, but the vet said she should be expected to stop at the 6-month mark (in October 2025). She's about 18 lbs at the moment, and she is expected to reach 35 lbs. She's almost fully house-broken, but she has accidents every once and a while. She does not shed, which is great for those with allergies. This was part of the reason we got her--I have terrible allergies with animals, dust, mold, and pollen, and I haven't reacted poorly to her at all. Her coat is pretty short at the moment because we like to keep her groomed. The groomer says she needs to be groomed about every 2-3 months to upkeep a sleek look. She is very loving, and she has a very sweet temperament. We would love to find her a home with people who have time to spend with her. The biggest reason we have to rehome her is because both my husband and I are full-time students, so it was a very bad time for us to bring her into our lives, and we aren't able to financially support hiring someone to watch her while we're gone. She loves to play and she loves to be active, so those who are willing to go on daily walks would be a great match for her. We know she will fit right into any home that is welcoming of her and that will give her the love she deserves.
