A double doodle is a cross between a multigenerational mini goldendoodle (Addy, the mama) and a multigenerational labradoodle (Bear, the dad). Double doodles, like regular doodles, are a hybrid of two different dog varieties or breeds, with the goal for the offspring to only inherit the best qualities of the two parents.
Labradoodles and Goldendoodles make a great addition to any family. Double doodles, being an offspring of labradoodles and goldendoodles, are what we call the "best of both worlds".
Both parent breeds are known for their friendly temperament, the loyalty associated with labs, and
the friendliness and sociability of the Golden Retriever.
