She really is the sweetest puppy. She LOVES every single human she meets, kids and adults alike. She also has no idea that she isn't the size of a chihuahua and loves being in your lap😅
We are rehoming her because she needs more attention than we can provide (a fenced in yard might also be a super awesome addition too, girlie LOVES to run and play outside). My husband and myself both work long hours, and then after that our kiddos are in sports. We've been taking her with us as much as possible when the kiddos have practices, but unfortunately Roxy has no interest in hanging out during practice and would much rather play (she IS a puppy after all) so going to sports practices hasn't been very fun for her. She needs more time and personal attention. Goldadors are high energy dogs, and she deserves more than a couple of hours with us during the week and weekends.
Awesome things about her:
* She's super treat motivated and will do some commands (with words and hand gestures together) for treats. Those are sitn shake, up, and down.
* She's bell trained to go out to potty
* She's crate trained at night and has never had an accident in her crate
* We have 2 cats and shes great with them
*Not food aggressive AT ALL
*Not toy aggressive AT ALL
*Has never growled
Quirks:
* She's still scared of large vehicles and school busses are no exception. Theyre the worst and she isn't a fan.
* She's still getting used to car rides. She can be a bit clingy during. This isn't a bad thing, and she will eventually get used to it. She does like hanging her head out the windows on a drive though and is getting increasingly curious about her surroundings in the car.
* She's a complete menace to all stuffed animals, especially squishmallows🙃
* She definitely got the golden retriever gene where she wants to steal your socks. Socks are the bees knees.
* She's a jumper when she's excited. We've been working on it with training the "down" command, but at the moment that command only works with treats. She is VERY treat motivated.
Roxy will come with her crate, her dishes, over half of a massive bag of puppy food, her bells for the door, a collar, a retractable leash, a tie out, SEVERAL toys, her treats, her yak chews (they last literally forever!), her Chi brand puppy shampoo and puppy cologne (it smells amazing), and anything else I forgot to mention.
She's also had her Frontline treatment for this month already and is free from fleas.
